Every plushie and product is handmade with care, and we want every customer to feel delighted with their order.
Please take a moment to review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our plushies are handmade in small batches, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Each piece is unique and crafted by hand, which means small variations in color, stitching, or shape are part of its charm — not defects.
If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at kayla@doobedoocrochet.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to see if an exception can be made.
Please note: Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for custom or made-to-order items once production has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to package and inspect every order before shipping.
In the unlikely event that your plushie arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at kayla@doobedoocrochet.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
To help us assist you quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been confirmed or processing has begun.
For custom or made-to-order items, materials and time are reserved specifically for your piece once you place your order — thank you for understanding.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued when:
- A product arrives damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.
- The issue is verified by our team through photos or return confirmation.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Digital Products (if applicable)
All digital crochet patterns or downloads are non-refundable once the order has been placed and delivered electronically.
