Each order is made and packed by hand.
Processing times vary depending on whether the item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order:

  • Ready-to-Ship: Ships within 3–5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom: May require 4–6 weeks of creation time before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or weather events.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because each plush is handmade, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order:

We’ll do our best to make it right — customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

When you request a custom order, you agree to allow creative discretion for final design elements.
