Every plushie is handmade with care and packaged with love right here in Oceanside, California.
Below you’ll find all the details about our processing times, shipping methods, and what to expect once your order is placed.

Processing Time

Because each plushie is handmade, processing time depends on the type of item:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

  • Made-to-Order or Custom Items: require 4–6 weeks for creation before shipping (depending on order volume).

If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you directly by email.

-Handmade means slow-made — thank you for your patience while I stitch your new friend!

Shipping Rates & Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier through Shopify’s shipping system.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships

International

  • Shipping is available to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs process.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Doo Be Doo Crochet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If your order appears delayed or lost:

  1. Check the tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier directly.

  3. Email us at kayla@doobedoocrochet.com — we’ll do our best to assist you in locating the package.

We recommend choosing tracked shipping and ensuring your delivery address is correct before checkout.

Local Pickup or Markets

From time to time, local pickup options may be available for customers in the Oceanside, CA area or during in-person markets and pop-up events.
If available, you’ll see “Local Pickup” as an option at checkout or in event announcements.

Each order is packaged with care using eco-friendly materials where possible.
Every plush includes its Story Card and is wrapped for safe travel — ready to gift or keep!
